Shipping was perfect, delivery reliable and fast. Only if I want to return an item it's tricky. Swiss DHL is located together with Swiss Post and it's a challenge for the employees to scan the right code. They probably don't do it very often. Last time I almost got the return article back again because they tried to scan the wrong code. Luckily I noticed it before it was too late.

The service is very good. The jumper nicely wrapped in a pretty parcel and the delivery in no time at all. Thank you
