My experience with boot cuffs and socks was refreshing. They were very attentive. My two pair of boot socks arrived quickly, and were exactly what I was looking for. It was nice to have an actual person send me e-mails to be sure that I was informed of the shipping etc. Too often you cannot reach "a real person".
