Dear Bollé Team, I am a long-time and satisfied user of your helmets and have previously worn the EXO MIPS in size S (52-55 cm). Since I was very pleased with this model and wanted a helmet with an additional LED light on the back, I decided to purchase the Stance JR MIPS. Unfortunately, I discovered that the new helmet does not fit despite having an almost identical size specification (51-55 cm vs. 52-55 cm). I suspect that the junior version has a smaller fit, even though the maximum size of 55 cm is the same. I find this somewhat misleading and unfortunate, as I double-checked the measurements and confirmed them before ordering. As I would like to continue using a Bollé helmet, I kindly request a goodwill solution—either through a return without the €15 return fee or an exchange for a suitable model, such as the Stance MIPS.
