Received an old rusty part

Says part was shipped but fed ex never delivered. I called fed ex and apparently I need to go pick it up at a terminal 30 minutes away? With a huge shipping charge on a small part I should not have to wait two weeks and then take time off work to drive accross town to get it.

I ordered two items and both were wrong. Now I'm fighting for a full refund as your company is charging me for shipping and return shipping. That's unacceptable.
