I ordered two parts: a cargo net for the rear cargo area and grill retaining fasteners for the front grill guard cover. The cargo net fit fine. The retaining fasteners were difficult to spec out, even using the online "exploding" schematic diagram and parts description resulting in the receiving the incorrect fastener.

I am a repair shop in Up-State NY. I got a price quote for my parts order from my local BMW dealership and even with what I considered to be a bit expensive shipping cost, they still came in under my local dealers pricing by nearly $200- Thanks

Finding the larger parts/accessories was ok, especially with the schematic diagrams. I was looking for specific fasteners and that was much more difficult. Ultimately, I was successful with the accessory part, but not finding the correct fastener.
