Purchasing and installation were easy and smooth (even during the pandemic!), our kid loves the playset and I am very happy we went with this over a box store version. My only complaint is that some of the wood boards were rough/having large splinters coming off even the day of install. I would have hoped these would have been sanded down or not used those boards prior to purchase, but we can sand them ourselves.

Great customer service and delivery as promised. Very pleased with the trampoline.

whole process was great, swing set is great, however, one problem is that the snaps for the sandbox cover started breaking one by one after just 1 month and now only 2 snaps are still working, 6 are broken.
