I have had the Sanction 2 DLX MIPS helmet for about a week now and I'm loving it! The design looks cool and the fit is perfect. I was looking for a helmet that would be a bit more snug like my motorcycle helmet but still lightweight and airy at lower speeds. My head circumference (22.5") was the highest on the medium and the lowest on the large. Bell's size chart recommended large for a more comfortable fit, but I went with a medium, and it's the perfect balance of snug and comfortable. So if you're right on the edge of sizes, the smaller one will be a tighter fit without sacrificing comfort. Also, this helmet fits a Cardo just fine, so I can listen to music while riding my electric unicycle.
