My order was spontaneously canceled and I never received my product. I emailed in about it and received a snarky response telling me that I’d refused the shipment - how could I refuse something I never received? Bad customer service.

You need to adjust to it sizing to more accurately reflect market standards and then make products that actually fit ALL BEARS.

What shipping company was used to deliver because I have yet to receive it
