I understand you want people to review and speak about the product but emailing me 4 times to get a 5 star review before the products have shipped and arrived doesn’t make sense

Terrible instructions on setting this product up. No video no nothing how lazy

You also didnt ship because the address wasnt accepted in your system. This was only picked up after i asked why i didnt ship.

Scam

Bought an item, got an email that it has shipped. One week later check to see where it is. Got a response that it will ship Monday. One week later, still haven't got my item.
