When first ordered stock, i was informed some time after that it was not in stock and would have to wait a month or so but i had already payed

It's been 3 weeks since i placed the order for Melbourne delivery.. your 3PL try to ship the order to a wrong address.. and even a 2nd replacement order was still going to a wrong address again..OMG! how could i get this delivery??

Late delivery was very disappointing it was my daughters birthday and it was a week late.

I understand you want people to review and speak about the product but emailing me 4 times to get a 5 star review before the products have shipped and arrived doesn’t make sense

If delivery was as high on your priority as what sending out surveys is I would rate you better
