I bought a pullup bar pro for 150£. Because the website had a ".co.uk" address, I was fairly certain that I wouldn't have to pay import taxes. I was wrong. The product shipped from Poland, so I ended up paying around 40£ import fees. The delivery company used was DHL. When I received an email that the product was shipped and on its' way to me, I was surprised to find that the delivery postcode was very different than what I had written when completing the order. This led to a lot of back and forth thorugh emails and phone calls with DHL and Baseblocks in order to aort out the situation. In the end, I received my parcel with a 1 day delay, which wasn't too bad. But that's only because I called the apropriate hotline and spoke to the right advisors. Regarding the product itself, the quality is OK. It's sturdy enough to do rows, bar dips, and even front lever on it, but it is somewhat wobbly. I'd give the product 4 stars and the delivery experience 2 stars.

Product was delivered to the wrong address and it is taking ages to receive a replacement.

It took over 2 months for my order to arrive, then I later found out I would have to pay nearly £60 to get my order shipped from the US even though I bought it from the U.K website and it said below that shipping was free!

Shite ass didn’t even refund me
