What I liked about this firm was the friendly attentive support and follow up. I over tightened the clip at the base of the pole (to hold the bottom of the flag) - requested a new one and it was in the post next day. Can’t get better service than that. The pole itself is strong and high quality right down to the zipped carry it came with. Pleased I found this company.
