Prompt efficient service, even supplied a VAT receipt after sale had completed and been dispatched.

The banner was relatively easy to assemble on it's carrying frame. It certainly helped having the connecting bits ready assembled. I think the original suggestion from Britain Yearly Meeting was that the name of the local meeting, in our case Wanstead, could be inserted in the place of local. I was not told this. The only advice I got was that any changes needed to go through the designer.

I’ve just recieved our new club feather banner and must admit that I am surprised at the quality of the whole thing from the carry bag through the metal bearings to the really clear printing. Thank you
