I am not a RC battery or truck expert, I got all the numbers correct but did not realize there are million different connectors! That information was not obvious when I ordered the battery, there were no tables or pictures. The reason I am ordering because I did not disconnect the battery one time and cannot charge it, disappointing the batteries are sooooo picky! I need to return the battery and exchange for the correct battery. I ordered from you because I expected to have an easier shopping experience.

My brand new RC truck still is not working because the battery charger that came with it does not work. First time use no Bueno and customer service will not respond back to me for some reason it’s been over a month.

I contacted them regarding a broken charger and never received a response. Poor customer service.
