Not a happy customer . . . . the customer service needs some help . .

Upset with purchase. Charger was burned up upon arrival, it would not charge and I could smell a burning smell. Threw charger away and had to buy a aftermarket one. Was able to use it indoor about 3 times until the reverse went out completely. Forward will work sometimes but not always. This is my first crawler and I’m not happy with it at all. Hopefully I can figure out what’s going on with it so I can fix it.

Not to buy again. Customer response is zero!

Charger did not work out the box. Mirror, bumper broke off and gearbox started making loud noise less than an hour of light use.
