I wasn't sure about which firmness I'd prefer as I can grind and bite down very hard some days, so finding out the highest firmness was perfect for me was great! It's helped curb a lot of habits regarding wanting to keep my mouth busy where I would snack when I wasn't hungry simply because I wanted to chew or grind my teeth.

Our son, Payton loved the Z-Vibe. It was his comfort, we always had one close by. ARK is an amazing company who truly cares about their customers. They make the best quality products with those who actually use them in mind.

Products didn't fully stick (grabber was forgotten, older kid was made fun of for chewing on a necklace and started keeping it at home) but customer service was great and I appreciate their efforts.
