The original chew necklace I ordered did not come in the mail on time. It may have been the weather or it may have been lost in transit but it was very late. When I messaged ark about this I got a quick reply. They were helpful and kind. Not only did they send out another chew necklace but they messaged to let me know when the original was finally moving in the mail system. When I confirmed the original had arrived and offered to pay for the second item they told me to go ahead and keep it when it arrived for free.
