Ark’s website is easy to use, tracking is simple—through UPS, they ship very quickly (I live in CA and get my packages within a week or two), and I absolutely love my chewies. I have ASD, and my handheld chewy and chewlry have provided a safe alternative to grinding my teeth and chewing the insides of my mouth, as well as my knuckle and fingers. The only downside to their website is that I’m unable to leave reviews for products I’ve purchased, but I’m so happy with my overall experience that I’m not knocking off a star. I love Ark (:
