I purchased the ARK nail biting trio pack and a pencil topper. My son seems to favor the guitar pick. From March 20, to this day, I have seen a difference. He has stopped picking at the skin around his nails. He has allowed some nails to grow out. I have caught him still picking at his thumb but we continue to work on it. He hasn't worn them to school yet but he does use them at home. I am really happy with the purchase.
