The grabber really helps me 22-month-old stay calm at moments that would otherwise be very distressing for him. At first, I thought it would be a flop, because he would refuse it when I offered it. But when I put it down on a low table where he can reach it, he grabs it for himself and will chew on it for an hour or more at a time. I also worried the standard would be too soft, because he has damaged sippy cups and toothbrushes, but so far, it is holding up well!
