An excellently written narrative of the rich history of the lower Connecticut River. The text held my interest from cover to cover. The individuals and events, from the early native indians to the current era's population, comprise a story of major contributions to both the state of Connecticut and the nation.

We traveled these 13 miles in 2013 and would have welcomed having the background info so we'll presented in this volume. We have Route 66 in California and in Illinois are open to toadditional Route 66 books, at the 50% off price. I especially liked your unrestricted choices in the "3 books for $20" offer I experienced in 2016. Keep up the good work!

You did a good job with Audrey Iacone in creating the Brentwood PA book. But, really enjoy many of the History Press titles. I'm glad they are with Arcadia now.
