Customer service excellent. Delivery time great. Suitcases haven’t been used yet but super lightweight.

The luggage looks incredible. Can’t wait to use it in a couple of weeks.

Products is made very well and is the perfect size.

I purchased a large Antler, after researching suitcases. Antler was my top pick because of its weight. However I did not receive it for my recent trip in time to use it for an early flight on 1-16-25 Ordered and purchased 1-1-25 did not received until 1-16-25 even though I received notification it would be delivered on 1-15-25 day before my trip. Needless to say I was disappointed in how long it took from date ordered. Unfortunately, I am not able to rate it as have not had the opportunity to use it. date ordered. So hard for me to rate this luggage. I did contact through chat about my concerns as their is no contact telephone to talk to a person with concerns.

I purchased the LIGHTEST MEDIUM LUGGAGE IN ANTLER GREEN. I have not had an opportunity to use it as yet, but it came quickly and is a very lightweight suitcase. I like the spinner wheels which will make it easier for me at the age of 77. It appears to be very well made and comes with its own cover, which is lovely. The box it arrived in had some damage but it did not affect the actual suitcase itself. I look forward to my next travel. I might like some other ‘standout colors’ to distinguish it on the luggage carousel. But otherwise, I am very pleased.
