I ordered two soft carry on and my wife didn’t like the soft so I had to return one soft carry on and order the hard case. We both love our carry on. But return takes time. Website says after 14 days. It has been more than 14 days and I don’t see any credit back on my credit card. I will have to email them. So just be aware that if you return something, it will take time. Otherwise their product I love it. I would definitely buy again from antler.

Outstanding service. Chelsea backpack is almost perfect. The only thing I would change is the side pocket, so that the water bottle (wether it’s small or big) fits better.

Title says it all. This could work as a makeup bag as well, but I was able to pack everything I like in this for both toiletries and daily face care without leaving anything behind. I highly recommend it!
