Antler (US)

I had an issue with my order in that it was delivered to the wrong address (UPS issue, not Antler's fault). I sent a detailed email describing the issue in hopes to get quick resolution and was not disappointed thanks to Victor. He was thorough and prompt in his response and helped to resolve the issue swiftly. Despite the initial hiccup Victor's help gave me confidence in Antler.

Luggage arrived in good order. Simple open design with inner pocket along side and deep outer pocket. Will be traveling in a couple of weeks and will see how it handles the airline’s treatment.

My initial order was misdelivered/lost and Victor from Antler Customer Service was responsive and assisted in resolving the issue. Although it took several weeks and multiple communications with both the vendor and shipper to resolve the issue and eventually get the replacement, I am overall quite pleased with the service and quality of the products.

I used the luggage for my Miami trip and it’s perfect.

Best looking, lightest, most functional luggage set I’ve ever had. Already saved my travel experience twice over.
