Great bag

The suitcase is great and light in weight as promised. The customer service is poor. There is no where to call. My suitcase arrived just before leaving on my trip. I wanted to order a second suit case but couldn’t reach anyone and the packing cubes arrived in the middle of the week when I was already on my trip!
