I love this bag. It’s perfect as a personal item, has lots of great compartments, and is super light. I’m so glad it has an external water bottle holder. I can find my things easily. It’s sophisticated and made with quality material. My favorite for travel!!!!

I was so tired of having "almost" enough room in my bag, and worrying about whether things would fall out of my "almost" closed tote. The Chelsea overnight bag is a perfect balance – not too big, not too small. There are plenty of compartments for organization, but I'm never worried about losing something in the bottom of my bag. I love the external pocket that converts to a panel to secure it on top of my rolling luggage. Gone are the days of coveting other people's chic-looking travel bags on my way through security. This bag is both sophisticated and un-fussy. The material is durable and high quality. I chose taupe, and originally wondered whether the appearance would remain clean-looking. I have only used it for about two weeks of travel so far, but I am very happy. If you do not intend to keep your bag closed for any length of time, the way the top of the bag wraps around the enclosure could impede quick access, but it is precisely this feature that keeps my belongings more secured – even when the zipper is open. Overall, could not be more pleased with my purchase.

Super light, excellent spinner wheels, nice color and fabric. This is my second one. I recommend it highly if you want to make sure you don’t have to pay overweight fees due to a heavy suitcase. Great value.

I'm not sure why I never receive a key for the lock combo suitcase but the service exceeding my expectations. Every question I asked was answered and employee was really nice to talk to.
