Highly disappointed. Bought this dress for New Year’s eve. Would normally wear a medium but I chose to size up to make sure the dress would fit comfortably. The fabric on the dress was cut poorly. There is no way this dress was made to fit a size 10-14 (L), I am a size 8 and couldn’t zip up the back of the dress at all. I did contact customer in attempt to exchange this dress in time for NYE and still have not received a response.

Awful because I was told because I purchased my items on sales I can’t exchange or refund a defective outfit.

Cheap poorly made

Took 2 months to receive my order despite checking with the production team in advance of purchase. Had to wear something else for my event because it didn't arrive as projected. Company was a hassle to deal with. I was promised a refund of my $75 expediting fee but never received it. Smh. I've contacted the BBB and plan to leave a review very chance that I get.
