Waited a week and a half to ask about my order being shipped. Order was shipped the next day. Experience was fine.

The door handle I got seems to have a flaw. The spring loaded mechanism does not work properly and the door handle will not return to its closed position without being manually pushed into place. Very disappointed this is an oem part.

I have not received the part

Never received part. Called customer service, still waiting for a refund. Never confirmed if I was getting a refund.

Part arrived broken, reached out to support, haven’t heard back. Spent 1600 on a broken part and no support?!?
