Although the website clearly informs the purchaser how to ensure the correct fit, I ordered a medium thinking of what usually fits me the best. I should have trusted the website, the size chart indicated that I should order a large. I returned the Medium and not wanting to risk the large being sold out ordered the large the night before I processed the return. When I called about the return, I contacted customer service and a young lady named Kristi, walked me though the process. Ease of purchase, helpful , professional assistance and quality merchandise would cause me to re-frequent this site
