I wanted to buy a gift card for my nephew’s graduation (we are all 5.11 customers). Because my job brings me often to Europe for long periods of time, I tried to go directly to the US site to purchase a gift card is USD but that was not possible as it would only redirect me to the EU site. Then, I tried to use my work VPN and was able to get to the US site. Every time I tried, the order was cancelled. Even when I called 5.11, she tried to unflag my account but it still did not work. Just leave an option to go to the US site from outside US like so many other vendors do and your business would increase. End of the story, because I care more about my nephew, my Mom ordered the card but at this point, I would have preferred not to buy from 5.11.
