Generally good service. Customer service support friendly and helpful. But a quick autogenerated email confirmation of the order would be helpful, as it is kind of the expected standard and makes you wonder if you don't get one.

As always, the products are of good quality. The prices are also ok with a discount. However, I have not received any e-mails about the order or the shipping status. Perhaps you could check why you cannot send e-mails to the German provider GMX.
