I received my filament, I’m all set and printing unfortunately QIDI doesn’t have a profile for PCTG so I had to do some experimenting adjusting the PETG settings but so far it is a great material to work with. I did receive an email informing me that you have a profile but I’m on vacation and when I get home I’ll see if I can get that loaded into QIDI Studio

PCTG is everything its supposed to be. Prints well. Super strong and doesn't shatter. If it cost less it would be my replacement for PETG all up.

Always good about communicating and responding to questions. John makes it easy for us to feel comfortable about our filament purchases, even when trying something I have only read about. I also appreciate the prompt shipping; as good as any other company I have dealt with!

Fast shipping and great customer service. When I called, to ask about a possible future pickup at warehouse, it was refreshing to have a person to talk to and not a random computer voice and menus to listen to.
