I am pretty disappointed in the logistical process when placing an order and the length of time it takes to receive an order. I placed an order on 12/20 so that I could start using my planner in the New Year. I received a parcel that included the “Learn Tarot Bundle” however the Cosmo Planner and Stamp bundle was not fulfilled. I received the stamps that come with the bundle but the planner was missing entirely. Upon reaching out via many comms (email, website, instagram) I finally received a response from someone via Instagram 3 days later that yes, my planner was forgotten. I asked for it to be expedited to me so I could begin using it in the New Year, however that request was not addressed and now the tracking number indicates the planner will arrive on 1/6. 6 days after the New Year. This is a poor first experience with this company. I’m hoping the planner is worth the wait or I don’t plan on resuming business with this company that I was so excited about.

I ordered two sheets of stickers with. my journal. I payed for two sheets of stickers. I have not received any stickers. Beware. Leslie
