Ordering process was straightforward with no unnecessary complications. Package was received with contents protected and in excellent condition within 2-3 business days of order being placed. Customer service has not been required so far. My only comment to add is that I received a tracking number that was not active just before the package was delivered. The tracking number never became active or marked as delivered so it was not the correct number. This isn't a complaint, as the package was delivered very promptly and caused no inconvenience. I just wanted to inform you so that it can be looked into in case this is a recurring issue. Thank you :)

We live in a rural area 12 km from the nearest cell tower, and our smart phone is our only Internet connection. On a good day, the signal in our house is a dismal 119 -123 dBm. On a bad day 125! The Home MultiRoom booster, combined with a LPDA Antenna aimed right at the tower brought us to 99 - 105 dBm! Fantastic! We installed it on a long weekend when cell use was highest, and we were amazed with the excellent results. Should have done this a long time ago. Thank you so much, Wilson Electronics!
