It’s year end. It’s been since May. Then August then October Terrible service

Terrible customer relations. My booster was lost by purolator, and they are hesitating to reship. It’s been over 1 month since I placed my order and the travel season is now at its end. I keep politely indicating that I have time constraints, and they just keep making excuses. Hard to recommend a vendor that doesn’t respect their client more than this.

We never received it. Been calling twice a week. No response.

Service médiocre et il ne fonctionne pas. Essayé de communiquer avec vous en Français et vous ne parlé pas Français. J'aimerais en avoir un qui est fonctionnel.
