While Canada appears in the company name, this is not a Canadian company. All interactions were with people in Texas. The website showed immediate availability for the quantity I needed, yet in reality far fewer were available. Communication was mostly OK, with a few unexpected delays and inconsistent answers provided (e. g. regarding parts availability, shipping times, etc. ) The order took far longer than anticipated to get sorted out and while the price was a bit better than our usual supplier, I am not convinced the hassle was worth the difference.

Replacement was an exact match to the previous one, not sure why it stopped working. . . I bought it from Canada and it shipped from Texas, so much for buying Canadian :(

Initionally great service. But I am trying to do a return and not getting a response. This might be due to US holiday? But follow-up has not been good. Sorry but the return might be time sensitive. Help with my return label please.
