Client is satisfied with the improved cell signals and the installation of the equipment was very straight forward.

I originally ordered a refurbished unit but after waiting for months on back order I called to check on timing. Staff were honest & friendly but unfortunately unable to give me a definitive timing on the refurbished model so I bought new instead. It's a bit pricer but works well & arrived in about 2 weeks time. Helpful support, would definitely buy from them again.

Good service - it arrived promptly. I didn't need any after sales support - it really was plug and play.

Works well for pulling in a signal at a relatively remote cabin when placed as high as possible.. The nominal umber of "bars" achieved seems to depend on the cell phone used. Wilson service very good.
