Amazing Customer Service!

Kids have no complaints with their toothpaste. I didn’t properly prime the Willo’s after cleaning once, and the kids immediately told me the next time they brushed they couldn’t taste the toothpaste! They like it enough to tell me that so that’s all I needed to know! Hoping more flavor options are on the way.

Shipping took about 5 days, but ordering was simple!

So far so good! My daughter has ataxia so brushing has always been a challenge - even for someone to brush for her. the Willo seems to be very thorough and she is able to manage it. We haven't done the plaque tablet test yet, but even though we thought autobrush was doing a good job, her back gums still bled a bit the first few times with Willo, so we at least know it's doing a BETTER job there than Autobrush did. The automatic toothpaste dispenser and "drool/saliva" management is also very cool and helpful! It was pricy, but if the plaque tests bear up, I'm gonna say, for my daughter it's totally worth it!

I no longer have to fight my son to brush his teeth! Expensive but so worth it
