Would not recommend. Device doesn’t stay connected. App useless. I loved it and was excited about it the first month (convenient that’s the limit of their return policy). I did have 1 hiccup within the 30 days but when I called their tech support I was assured it was a fluke. Well it happens every week or so now and I am so over having to reconnect the devices multiple times per month. I’ve yelled at my kids thinking they weren’t brushing when really the app just wasn’t connected to the brush. I’ve contacted them within 60 days hoping to at least get a partial refund but they are unwilling to help. They got my money, that’s all they care about and I bought 2 of these things! To top it all off, I had my daughter use a regular brush the other day and her gums were bleeding so bad, so now I don’t even think this thing brushes good either

⭐️ 1 Star (would leave zero if I could) Absolutely terrible customer service. My package was marked as delivered by FedEx, but the delivery photo clearly shows a completely different house — a single red door, while my home has double wood and glass paneled doors. When I reached out to Willo, they refused to help in any way. No replacement. No refund. No accountability. Nothing. They told me to knock on my neighbors’ doors (none of which have red doors) and basically go on a scavenger hunt for a package I already paid for. Then, they suggested I file a police report — over a $100 toothbrush — instead of just standing behind their product or shipping process. At this point, they have my money and I have nothing. Honestly, maybe it’s for the best — if this is how they handle customers, the toothbrush was probably going to be a disappointment anyway. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Go buy an Oral-B at CVS. You’ll get your product the same day and won’t have to deal with a company that refuses to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Shady experience. Would not recommend.
