Shipping was quick

We bought this system for our adult special needs daughter who has always struggled brushing her teeth on her own. Seen the Willo system and thought it would be a good solution. She has a small mouth for her age (24) but got the large brush since this was designed for children. The mouthpiece is too wide for her to use comfortably so we ordered a medium size. When it arrived, checked it before opening and it looked to be the exact same size as the large. We called Willo support who was very helpful arranging exchange for a small brush and covered the return shipment, very good service. However the small base does fit better the brush itself does not extend back far enough to reach molars. We haven't tried swapping the large brush we still have onto the small holder but will be our next step. Suggestion might be to provide dimensions of the entire brush/base to make fitment easier. The operation of the unit so far is great!

Wish had order form in unit to order additional Brushes for Other family Members
