So far so good. I've had great interactions with the sales reps via chat and email. They are usually very kind, attentive and helpful. My one suggestion, if possible, would be making it possible at least to regular customers to place backorders, so we can plan restocking more easily. Sometimes products show in stock but when I place the order they get cancelled because they did not have enough units of that SKU. I understand it's hard to control that, but it would be nice if there is a way for us to see how many units are in stock before placing the order. Either way, having the option to place a backorder would remedy this issue.
