Great machine but I do wish that the water res. was a bit bigger, well a lot bigger actually. Other than that I love this machine.

I have been purchasing espresso beans from a small, local roaster but the lattes I make with these beans are on a whole new level.

Great machine Heavy packing ! Documentation is not great for backwash but I did manage it with the product cleaning instruction As a note, the top fence is in plastic and it shows when you are close enough. I know they sell a stainless one..not sure about the pricing though. Steam is really powerful! Almost too much! So far, I love it :)

Easy to set up and use out of the box. Seems well designed in terms of being easy to maintain. Tried a few drinks and am pleased with the results so far. Will see how this machine holds up in the long run. Great service from WLL!
