I tried to buy a bottle of whisky online but most of them were out of stock at the time. I had 2 vouchers via points to redeem and I managed to redeem one voucher but lost the second voucher due to a computer error. The pouch of whisky that I bought was lovely but a shame that I could not buy the product I really wanted. So the products are fabulous but the computer system needs looking at.

Love the whisky but delivery to me is always late and it is beginning to annoy

The whisky is good and the customer service has been excellent. The only issue has been several late or missing deliveries. I think I have had to chase up a delivery 3 times in the 18 months or so that I have subscribed. This may not be the companies fault and might be my postman is pinching them.

Overall the service and price were great. 2 of the whiskies I had were brilliant but I had a benromach organic which to me I feel had bourbon whisky in it not benromach. It smelt and tasted like bourbon. Could there be a chance it was filled with the wrong whisky?

Ordered 2 bottles of Whisky. Was told that the order had been despatched but this turned out to be only half the order. Had to chase up the other item and this wasn't delivered until 10 days after ordering. Customer service were responsive when emailed.
