I ordered this brush but received the rapunzel wet brush instead. I reached out to customer service but have not heard back.

Poor customer service. Still have not heard back about missing item in order. Have called and emailed multiple times

Items missing from order. Customer service has taken more than 4 days to reply and still have not heard back. Called and they said they would reply via email. Not a good experience
