Disappointing Customer Service
I emailed the company three times and tried to call them as well (never got anyone to answer) to change my order from a Jack Skellington brush to a Sally brush. My first email was within minutes of placing my order when I realized my mistake. This brush was for my granddaughter and she likes the brush fine, but why provide an email address and phone number for "help" if efforts to make contact through these channels are futile? I still have never heard a word from the company in response to my request for help.
