Products are great, delivery is very poor. Should not have to wait so long when dealing with an e-commerce company. I know Royal Mail have been striking but you are able to switch your carrier. As we all know Royal Mail will be striking in the future which will affect subscriptions. Maybe have a back up carrier for these times.

I love the products, but they're VERY expensive - very inaccessible for so many. I had difficulty separating items for different subscription times, but customer services are helpful and sorted it out. I would say "treats " or rewards are somewhat underwhelming and often only in addition to spending even more money. I've been using the protein powder and elixir for years and don't necessarily feel the benefits or value of being a long term customer.
