Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address, lovely picture of someone else’s front door!! Emailed WelleCo and they instantly resolved the issue by sending me the item again. Very impressive I must say. Nowadays I just can’t be bothered buying from terrible companies I’ll avoid like the plague if they have a bad reputation. This company is hands down one of the best and I love their products.
