Efficient and speedy service

WelleCo is a great company and I only wish I found the same ethos and culture in other companies. What works well: ordering, shipping, communication, alterations. I have felt cared for and respected and it all seems easy to do which I imagine might not be so easy to achieve, therefore, it must be the value the company has for what it does and this includes having value for me as a customer. I am UK based and first came in contact with WelleCo via Net a Porter. I am relieved to still be able to deal with an international company directly and with all the economic changes, continue to have the best services. The product I use is a daily habit therefore I need to have full confidence and trust to make it one of my reliables and I can do this without question. I have now supported my 22 year old to introduce a product in to their life and would expect it will be used, dare I say, forever. I do not take this lightly, I understand this implication but my experience has helped me do this. All great for me. ❤️

I love Welleco, for the all round customer experience, blog/health info, shipping, etc - but also the Loyalty programme, which offers points that help me try other products in the amazing range - to add to my ever increasing subscriptions!
