Shipping was really quick and it was well package. The elixir itself is in a good air tight packet that seals well. The website and purchase is really easy to navigate.

I’ve only had to contact customer services once, (because these guys are first class in terms of delivery and efficiency), due to a query I had about a friend referral - they were responsive and kind enough to gift me some loyalty points towards my next purchase as a result of my query, despite me not meeting the required conditions.
