Fast shipping, and great product!

Hi, very good service. Shipping could have been a bit faster I guess. However, my first order was not delivered so I just said so and a new product was shipped immediately whilst the matter is being investigated. So what else could I have asked for. Very good.

I’m still waiting to try the product as I am travelling now. I received the product a month after the order was placed. The customer care team offered me a complete refund, effectively gifting me the product which was greatly appreciated. I am very excited to try the product once I get back home.

Hi! I really love the products I am using - the Super Elixir and Collagen. The only downside of WelleCo is that last time I paid 40€ delivery and that is double what I paid for my first orders. I am not sure if I can afford using WelleCo if every month on top of the 120 euro worth of products I have to pay 40€ for delivery. Is there anything you guys can do about it? Maybe use a different courier service or have an option to choose a delivery method. Products are truly great and for that I am thankful!
