To be honest I find it a little bit difficult to drink but I haven’t tried mixing it with anything else other than water, so will have to do that. I was just about to give up and all of a sudden my nails started to grow and I had a really noticeable increase in my energy levels. So I won’t be stopping now 😊 Also thinking of trying the clarity to go with it soon. Definitely would recommend. Deborah
